The Wilson Lab 

Lorena is a Nashville, TN native, or so she tells people. She's completing her undergraduate degree in Chemical Engineering at Vanderbilt University where she is part of the SyBBURE Undergraduate Research Program and the Clark Scholars Program. She joined Dr. John Wilson's lab in 2020 and is working on developing a novel nanoparticle system to enhance loading of peptides and nucleic acid adjuvants. When she's not in class, you can find her spending time with children, watching Survivor, and eating bagels. Upon graduation, she intends to pursue graduate school.
